Business Model Transparency

Independent Export Trading Stream

In this business line, Philip's Table operates as a principal commodity trader:

  • Purchase: We buy livestock directly from farmers through contractual agreements with transparent, market-linked pricing
  • Title Transfer: Legal ownership transfers to Philip's Table upon purchase completion
  • Market Risk: We bear all commodity price risk between purchase and sale
  • Processing: We manage veterinary certification, Halal processing, and export logistics
  • Sale: We sell finished commodities to international buyers under formal purchase contracts
  • Revenue Model: Commercial margin earned from the spread between procurement cost and export sale price

Digital Asset Platform Stream

In this business line, Philip's Table serves as a marketplace operator and custodian:

  • Ownership: Farmers retain legal ownership of their livestock
  • Tokenization: Livestock holdings are represented by blockchain-based Digital ID Tokens
  • Custody: Physical animals remain at registered farms under farmer ownership
  • Verification: We provide blockchain-integrated traceability and periodic DVS audits
  • Marketplace: Platform enables peer-to-peer trading of verified livestock tokens
  • Revenue Model: Transaction fees and platform service charges, not commodity price spreads

Important: Digital ID Tokens are commodity title instruments, not investment securities. They do not generate passive returns, dividends, or profit distributions from Philip's Table.
